FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER AND A MOVIE Since becoming empty nesters Jim and I have a Friday night tradition- we might miss a few here and there- but most Friday nights I’ll cook simple French Bistro foods and we will watch a movie and drink the “good” wine vs the “vin ordinaire” that usually fills our glass. Sometimes we don’t even clean up the cooking and table mess- preferring just to kick back, relax and enjoy each other’s company in the presence of good food and wine and occasionally a good movie choice.
