 2 ripe Haas avocados
salt to taste
 juice of  1/2 lemon
 tabasco to taste
 2 T cup chopped tomatoes
 3 T  sour cream (optional)
 2 T chopped onion

 Score around the avocado with a sharp knife, and twist apart the two halves. Put the flesh of the avocado into a med size wooden bowl. Using a sharp knife, cut up the avocado into rough cut med dice. 
With a fork, mash up half the cut avocado-keeping the rest a little chunky. Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap- touching the guacamole ( to keep the air out and helping to keep the avocado green) and refrigerate up to several hours.
