This sauce is good for stir fry or satays as well as asian noodles

3 T creamy peanut butter

4 T canola oil

4 T soy sauce

4 T sugar

4 t white rice vinegar

1 t sesame oil

1/4 t cayenne

1/2 t hot chili oil

2 cloves minced garlic

2 t minced ginger

Combine everything together in a bowl and stir until well mixed. It will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
