6 slices of very thin prosciutto cut in half, the long way*

12 of your favorite store bought breadsticks- i like “Alessi’s” rosemary

shaved Spanish Manchego cheese

honey, warmed

Starting at the top of the breadstick, roll the prosciutto tightly ,overlapping around the breadstick, leaving several inches at the bottom free to use as a handle. Drizzle just a little honey over the ham. Scatter some shaved cheese on top. It’s as easy as that!
