Erath 2005 Pinot Noir

Erath Vineyard is located in the Dundee Hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. This beautifully balanced-  lovely fresh fruit forward Pinot-is everything a Pinot Noir should be, plus it has a little something extra: a youthful vivacious freshness. protecting yields. Oak was used sparingly in the barreling process so not to mask the fruit. We sampled quite a few Pinot’s under $25 before making this pick. This wine would be a versatile pairing with many foods and perfect as a stand alone sip. If i could afford it it would be my everyday “house” vin rouge. Oregon Pinot Noirs are generally out of my price range- this luscious screw top pour is a good value at about $18-20
